District 2-S5 Goals
2025-2026

SERVICE:

By the end of the 2025-2026 Lion year, our District will:

• Increase the service within clubs

• Increase reporting of service

• Implement more Zone service

• Market club service in meeting and via social media

MEMBERSHIP:

By the end of the 2025-2026 Lion year, our District will:

• Add 300 members this year

• Drop LESS than that!

• Add 4 Branch Clubs, 2 Regular Clubs & 3 Leo Clubs

• Build clubs under 15 members with mentorship, support and club summits

LEADERSHIP & TRAINING:

By the end of the 2025-2026 Lion year, our District will:

• Hold additional officer training sessions

• Hold portal training sessions

• Introduce leadership training opportunities

• Build 4 new Guiding Lions (really 9 - one from each zone)

LCIF:

By the end of the 2025-2026 Lion year, our District will:

• Support LCIF - 100% of clubs donating reaching $70,000 goal

• ALL clubs on track with dues payments to LCI and District (100%s)

ADDITIONAL DISTRICT GOALS:

By the end of the 2025-2026 Lion year, our District will:

• Increase communication within the District

• Have more FUN!!

• Market what we do - Let's share our joy with the world!
